Giulia McPherson es la directora de advocacy y operaciones del Servicio Jesuita a Refugiados/USA. Cuenta con 20 años de experiencia de liderazgo en los sectores humanitario y de desarrollo y actualmente dirige la cartera de políticas y advocacy del JRS/USA, el programa de compromiso comunitario para educar y movilizar a los defensores de derechos, y las operaciones institucionales. Es licenciada en Ciencias Políticas por la Universidad de Villanova y tiene un máster en Estudios de Desarrollo Internacional por la Universidad George Washington.

Kenneth pon

Kenneth Pon is a Certified Public Accountant. After working for the State of California and a local CPA firm in San Francisco, Kenneth started his own local practice. A former two-term SLUSD Trustee, and current Rotarian in the Rotary Club of San Leandro, Kenneth has always been motivated towards building and improving schools for our next generation. Kenneth’s membership in Rotary opened the door to International Community Service by allowing him to participate in funding the school project in Pajarillos, Honduras. Kenneth received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of California.

Karen Hoefener

After completing her bachelor’s degree from Wingate University and writing an undergraduate thesis on coffee trade, Karen Hoefener moved to China to teach English for the NGO WorldTeach. While there, she studied Mandarin and observed consumer behavior. Passionate about coffee and consumers, her progression to sales and marketing manager for Shangrila Farms was a natural fit. She expanded her knowledge base by going to business school at Georgetown University and studying international business with a focus on consumer insights. Currently Karen sits on the board of the Louis Berkowitz Family Foundation.

Ted Volchok

Ted Volchok is a recently-retired international development technical expert who specialized in design and implementation of economic and market development programs with an emphasis on youth employment. Since last May, Ted has been supporting E2E, first on strategy development for the coffee partners program, and then leveraging his experience in market-based vocational training on the NIDO expansion strategy and linking that to livelihoods through a labor market assessment. Ted retired last year from a headquarters-based technical support role with Mercy Corps, an international NGO operating in over 40 countries. Prior to Mercy Corps, Ted’s career was in the private sector in multiple roles in operations, project management, partnership development, strategic planning and marketing. 

Muthu Ananthanarayanan

Muthu Ananthanarayanan es un Gerente Senior con sede en la oficina de San Francisco de Deloitte Consulting LLP y es un líder dentro de la estrategia de la empresa y la práctica de operaciones. John Worcester

Desde que se jubiló en 2013 como director sénior de Recursos Humanos de Evraz NA, John se ha dedicado a ayudar a los niños. Ha participado activamente en dos organizaciones: Africa Bridge, donde ha sido Director Ejecutivo y miembro de la Junta Directiva. También apoya a Nuevas Sonrisas, una ONG con sede en Portland centrada en proporcionar servicios dentales a niños de la remota Guatemala.  

Deborah Milianes

Prathima Devarasetty

Prathima, líder tecnológica en Google con más de una década de experiencia, aporta a E2E una combinación única de conocimientos técnicos, estrategia de producto y capacidad de liderazgo. Su pasión por la igualdad en la educación, alimentada por experiencias personales, la impulsa a contribuir a iniciativas que empoderen a las comunidades desfavorecidas, especialmente a las mujeres. Está profundamente identificada con el enfoque holístico de Educate2Envision para proporcionar educación secundaria de calidad a los estudiantes rurales.  

Raghav Srikanth

Raghav Srikanth has been an active proponent of education, both through domestic mentorship programs such as Minds Matter and international engagements through International Service Learning. Raghav graduated from the University of Western Ontario, where he earned a Bachelor of Engineering Science degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honors Business Administration from the Ivey Business School. He currently studies at Harvard Business School. 

Jonathan Harms

Jonathan brings strong global experience to this board role. Having led education companies and education business units in the US, Canada, UK and Europe, Jonathan has dedicated his focus to the education industry for 14 years, effectively managing online education businesses and bricks-and-mortar educational institutions. Jonathan has also studied and worked in France, Japan, South Africa, and Australia and brings a wealth of international experience to our leadership team, having worked closely at board level to build high-performing growth companies, develop leaders for the future and positively impact on the lives of students.
Patricia Borich Hernandez

Patricia has over seven years of experience working with nonprofits and in the government
sector in Central America and Mexico. After completing her Ph.D. in Migration Studies at El
Colegio de la Frontera Norte, Baja California Norte campus, she worked as the Executive
Director for the Jesuit Refugee Service Mexico. Her academic background, which includes two
Master’s Degrees in Local Development and Sociology, provides her with a comprehensive
understanding of complex social issues.

Moises lean ha trabajado en Oracle en la programación de computadoras durante los últimos 20 años. Nació y se crió en San Pedro Sula, Honduras, donde todavía residen muchos de sus familiares. Vive en Dublín, CA con su esposa y sus dos hijos.
